If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Disappointing Experience – Paid £40 and Received Nothing
I really wanted to leave a positive review, but my experience with this seller has been nothing but frustrating. I paid £40 for an item that never arrived, and despite confirming that my address was correct, the seller refuses to issue any refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they have been rude and dismissive, blaming me entirely rather than offering a fair solution.
At no point was I notified of any delivery issues—had I been, I could have sorted it in time for my nephew's 1st birthday. I understand this is a small business, and I wasn't expecting a full refund, but at the very least, a partial refund would have been fair as I never received my order. Unfortunately, the seller refused to acknowledge this, showing zero accountability and very poor customer service!
