Delivery
IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTE:
We are a family run business and we are closing our print workshop for 2 weeks from 24 July 2026 - 10 August 2026. All orders received during this time will be dispatched on the 11-12th August with an ETA of 13-14 August.
We offer delivery within the UK only. Unfortunately due to the fragile nature of our products, we are unable to offer international shipping currently.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
- You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We print the address directly from the details provided on your order, so please kindly ensure that these are correct.
- Any orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address are your responsibility.
- If you would like us to re-send an undeliverable order, a shipping fee of £4.95 will be charged.
ARTWORK PRINTING:
if you are purchasing an artwork printing service, the artwork must be provided at the time od ordering in order to achieve delivery within the advertised timescales.
RETURNS
Please contact hello@smartpartyshop.co.uk before returning any items.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for handmade, made to order or personalized items.
If the item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, however we will require photographic evidence before we are able to process this.
Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Agreed refunds will be issued to the same payment method used when the order was placed. We are unable to issue a refund to any other card.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of the UK)
You are responsible for any import taxes / duties that your country may apply.
