If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Lovely item exactly as described, it came so quickly which was great as I ordered pretty last minute. The sign was perfect for my birthday party. Had a small issue with the delivery company but the seller was super helpful and responsive.
