If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
The package arrived damaged and so was the sign. However, thankfully wasn't obvious but wouldn't expect it to arrive that way. I also had an issue with the delivery date was meant to arrive on the 22nd August but it was estimated a few days after my event. Luckily I contacted the seller and it was resolved.
