Our standard delivery times are detailed below, however as we are a small business, there may be times throughout the year where our print workshop is closed due to staff holidays, in which case there will be a large banner on the home page.

Standard Delivery: 5-7 Working Days

Express Delivery: 2-3 Working Days

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

• You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We print the address directly from the details provided on your order, so please kindly ensure that these are correct.
• Any orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address are your responsibility.
• If you would like us to re-send an undeliverable order, a shipping fee of £4.95 will be charged.

RETURNS

Please contact hello@smartpartyshop.co.uk before returning any items.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for personalized items where there is an error made that was not a fault of ours or the item has not been cared for in your possession.  If the item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, however we will require photographic evidence before we are able to process this. 

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

Agreed refunds will be issued to the same payment method used when the order was placed. We are unable to issue a refund to any other card.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of the UK)

You are responsible for any import taxes / duties that your country may apply.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made orders once production has begun.

Cancellations are only accepted if production has not started.

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or repair.
