To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please contact us before sending any items back so we can authorise your return.
Please note that personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
This includes products that have been customised to your specifications, such as personalised posters, signs, or made-to-order designs.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
