This is a custom foamboard printing service for party signs, wedding signs or any signage that you have either made on Canva or purchased from an ETSY seller as a digital file.
Our signs are made from lightweight yet sturdy 5mm foamboard.
A4 and A3 boards are supplied with a strut back for standing. A2 and A1 boards are best used with an easel (easel not included).

INSTRUCTIONS:
Please e-mail your artwork to hello@smartpartyshop.co.uk immediately after placing your order.
Please provide your artwork in the highest possible quality, ideally as a PDF high resolution file.
* If you are downloading your artwork from Canva, ensure that you select the 'PDF Print' format *

Express Delivery £4.95: 1-3 Working Days
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please contact us before sending any items back so we can authorise your return.
Please note that personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
This includes products that have been customised to your specifications, such as personalised posters, signs, or made-to-order designs.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
