If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The table plan is the third sign I have purchased from this seller for my wedding next month. This last one was left in Front of my car, flat, when I wasn't home, so is not quite flat, but that is not the fault of the seller. The product itself is just what we wanted; beautifully matching the other products and wonderful quality. Would definitely use again and recommend without hesitation. Seller was very helpful when I contacted them several months' ago.
