Using the Calendar
The calendar has a paper base and is not a wipeable material. You can use regular pen, penceil or marker.
Our standard delivery times are detailed below, however as we are a small business, there may be times throughout the year where our print workshop is closed due to staff holidays, in which case there will be a large banner on the home page.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for personalized items where there is an error made that was not a fault of ours or the item has not been cared for in your possession. If the item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, however we will require photographic evidence before we are able to process this.
Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Agreed refunds will be issued to the same payment method used when the order was placed. We are unable to issue a refund to any other card.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of the UK)
You are responsible for any import taxes / duties that your country may apply.

Cancellations are only accepted if production has not started.
